JOHNSTOWN — RODDA – Eric, 34, Johnstown, passed away April 18, 2013, at Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born Sept. 12, 1978, in New London, Conn., son of Adrian and Judith (Austin) Loper. Preceded in death by grandfather, Winefred Startz; and maternal grandparents, George C. and Dorothy Murphy. Survived by loving grandmother, Carol Loper; loving mother, Judith Rodda; loving fathers, Jon Rodda and Adrian “Bunk” Loper; loving brothers, Scott Rodda, married to Deanna, Connecticut; and Joshua Loper; and loving sister, Jessica, married to Mike Cordeski, Johnstown. Member of Oakland United Methodist Church. He was employed by Goodwill Industries. Member of Loyal Order of the Moose 131 Portage House, having achieved the Moose Legionnaire Degree. He participated in the Cambria County Special Olympics. A 2000 graduate of Johnstown High School. Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday and from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Geisel Funeral Home, Johnstown, where funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Geisel-Devlin Memorial Chapel, the Rev.
