William F. Crotzer

PALM BEACH, FLA. — CROTZER – William F., 73, Palm Beach, Fla., formerly of Johnstown, passed away July 12, 2013, at Hospice of Palm Beach. Born May 23, 1940, in Johnstown, son of William and Ruth L. (Pfeiffer) Crotzer. Preceded in death by parents; wife, Catherine; brother, Robert; and sister, Sara Jane Wyrwas. Survived by daughter, Beth, married to Kurt Michenfelder; best friend of more than 40 years, Bill Flaugh; and many nieces and nephews.  He started working for a bank parking cars, worked his way up to teller, and then became cost accountant for Bethlehem Mines. He enjoyed playing in his poker club for more than 35 years with longtime friends, going to the casino, eating a good meal, fishing and camping. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at John Henderson Co. Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave., where a funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday. Interment, Headricks Cemetery.
