MELBOURNE, FLA. — KIMBLE – Dolores, 84, Melbourne, Fla., went to be with her Lord peacefully asleep on Saturday, Dec. 14, 2013. Born in Johnstown, and moved in 2006 with her husband, Herbert, of 64 years to Melbourne. She was a retired registered nurse who worked in various nursing facilities throughout her career. Beloved mother of Susan (Dennis) Brady, Melbourne, Fla.; Tom (Barb) Kimble, Bedford, N.H.; and Kathy (Mike) Bourassa, Raymond, N.H. To her children, she gave each of them integrity and a strong foundation to seek their own destiny and to learn their own lessons with pride and conviction. She taught her family that love, honesty and family are the true treasures that last forever. She said, “practice senseless beauty, and give random acts of kindness to each other.” To her grandchildren, she left a footprint in their hearts for all the fun she shared with them: Ralph (Bonnie) Howell, Nanty Glo; Renee Kimble, Valatie, N.Y.; Jeffrey Howell, Denver, Colo.; and David (Jenn) Bourassa, Raymond, N.H. The sparkle in her blue eyes was of the passion she had for her great-grandchildren, Zachary Sacco, Boston, Mass.; Jaclyn and Thomas Howell, Nanty Glo; Adriana Howell, Melbourne, Fla.; and the newest addition, Logan Bourassa, Raymond, N.H. She also leaves behind a lifetime of loyal friends. She will be missed by her family, friends and all who knew her. But the great love everyone had for this kind, beautiful, caring woman with a great sense of humor will always be in their hearts. Predeceased by her loving brother, Harry Vann. Arrangements by Davis Seawinds Funeral Home & Crematory, Melbourne, Fla. In lieu of flowers, donations in her name may be made to Wuesthoff Brevard Hospice and Palliative Care, 661 Eyster Blvd., Rockledge, Fla. 32955.
