JOHNSTOWN — CWIK – Ann F., 84, Johnstown, died April 1, 2014, at Indiana Regional Medical Center. Born July 17, 1929, in Johnstown, daughter of Frank A. and Mary A. (Ball) Slezak. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Walter J. Cwik; brother, Edward Slezak; and sister, Helen Miske. Survived by her children, Claudia, wife of Ted Kepple; Rosemary, wife of John Curley; Judy, wife of the Rev. Douglas Burns; James, married to the former Susan Wright; and Raymond, married to the former Diane Bumbernick; grandchildren, Scott (Heather) Kepple, Laura (Dan) McCleese, Elysia Curley, Sean Curley, Justine Curley, Stephen Burns, Julie Burns, Jennifer Cwik, Ryan Cwik, Benjamin Cwik and Joseph Cwik; great-grandchildren, Alexandria and Emily Kepple; and sisters, Terrie Slezak and Jean Dryzal. A special thank you to Ann’s neighbors, Dave and Gail Buck, who helped her while she lived in her home. She was a lifelong member of the former St. Casimir Catholic Church and a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church, Geistown. Friends will be received from 1 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home Inc., 710 Broad St., where vigil for the deceased will be held. Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Benedict Catholic Church, Father David S. Peles, officiating.
