MUNDYS CORNER — SELL – Helen D., 77, Mundys Corner, passed away Oct. 29, 2013. Born Nov. 21, 1935, in Mineral Point, daughter of the late John and Elizabeth (Young) Boxler. Preceded in death by sister, Barbara; and brothers, Harry and Randy. Survived by children, John, Mark, Patty (Carl) Lavely, Randy (Jean), Carla Pfeil, Bob (Bev) and Bill (Janet); 16 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and numerous stepgrandchildren. Also survived by brothers, John, Bob (Joan), Dwayne (Betty), Ronald (Janet) and Donald (Brenda) Boxler; sisters, Betty Loncala and Jean Boxler; sister-in-law, Kathy Boxler; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Retired from Laurel Crest Manor. Helen was involved with Cub Scouts for many years. She loved reading, bird watching and spending time at the cottage with her family. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Askew-Houser Funeral Homes Inc., Nanty Glo, where funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, the Rev. Larry Rowe, officiating. Interment to follow at Benshoff Hill Cemetery.
