PARKHILL — KRZANOWSKY – Bessie, 84, Parkhill, died Oct. 29, 2013, at LaurelWood Care Center. Born Jan. 12, 1929, in Johnstown, daughter of the late Samuel and Milka (Kosjer) Ribich. Also preceded in death by husband, Blaine Krzanowsky; siblings, Mildred “Mitzi” Stermec; and George, Nicholas and Michael Ribich; and best friend, Rose Zajdel.  Survived by sons, Edward Joseph, Lancaster; and John Michael, and significant other, Joan Gomulka, Conemaugh; sister, Dorothy Donnelly, Michigan; and numerous nieces and nephews. Member of Holy Cross National Catholic Church, Woodland Avenue. She was a Democratic committeewoman in East Taylor Township for many years, and was a member of various clubs and organizations in the community. Bessie was a wonderful wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend who will be sadly missed by all. Friends received from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday at Baker-Harris Funeral Chapel, Conemaugh, where prayers will be held at 7 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Holy Cross National Catholic Church, Father Paul Zomerfield, officiating.
