Dora Marie Bufagna

ARMAGH — BUFAGNA – Dora Marie, 87, Armagh, passed away peacefully April 16, 2014, at home surrounded by her family. Dora lived most of her life in Dilltown. Born June 6, 1926, in Colver, daughter of late Joseph and Elizabeth (Sartori) Ricci. Survived by loving husband of 69 years, Emerson Bufagna; son, Joseph Bufagna Sr., Dilltown; former daughter-in-law, Linda Bufagna, Dilltown; grandchildren, Lisa Benincosa, and husband, Bill, Connecticut; Joseph Bufagna Jr., and wife, Heather, Armagh; and Bridget Bufagna, and fiance, Brandon Robertson, Armagh; great-grandchildren, Trey and Alyssa Benincosa; and Antonio, Dominico and Angelina Bufagna; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends, along with her good friends who assisted Dora in her time of need. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sister, Irene Felix; and brothers, John and Joseph Ricci. Former employee of Torrance State Hospital and former proprietor, along with her husband, of Trexler’s Inn, Armagh, from 1970 until 1982. Dora loved cooking, playing bingo and spending time with her family. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Richard C. Stuart Funeral Home, 392 E Philadelphia St., Armagh.
