Judith Zagrodnick

JOHNSTOWN — ZAGRODNICK  – Judith “Julia,” 87,  died  Feb. 28, 2013, in Johnstown, formerly of Houston, Texas.  Born April 1, 1925, in Johnstown, daughter of Michael and Catherine (Pollock) Zagrodnick. Preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Peter, James, John, Michael and Nicholas; and sisters, Mary, Anne and Catherine. Survived by sister, Rose Martin, and several nieces and nephews.  She was a graduate of Greater Johnstown High School and University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and retired from Shell Oil Co. of Houston, Texas.  Friends received from 10 a.m. Monday, March 4, 2013, until time of funeral service at 11:30 a.m. at Frank Duca Funeral Home, Westmont Chapel, 1622 Menoher Blvd.  Interment, Grandview Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to MD Anderson Cancer Center, 1515 Holcombe Blvd., Houston, Texas 77030 or St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church, 606 Maple Ave., Johnstown, Pa. 15901.
