JOHNSTOWN — BEVILAQUA – Francis. J. “Frank,” 91, West End, died March 2, 2013, at Good Samaritan Care Center. Born March 15, 1921, in Ferrell, Pa., son of John and Mary (Kondrat) Bevilaqua. Preceded in death by parents; wife, Rachel A. (Gwynn) Bevilaqua; and brothers, John and Rudy Gwynn. Survived by children, Thomas Bevilaqua, and wife, Sharon; and Cindy, married to Michael Roper, both of Johnstown; and Kathy, married to Richard Pavlosky, Manassas, Va.; and grandchildren, Wendy Bevilaqua, and friend, Holly Wright; Zachary, Nicholas and Christopher Pavlosky; and Rachel, Alexander and Michael Roper. Also survived by sister, Mary Davis, Johnstown; sister-in-law, Josephine Bevilaqua, Chattanooga, Tenn.; and faithful companion, Bonz. A U.S. Army veteran of World War II. Retired in 1985 from the Greater Johnstown School District as a bricklayer and masonry tradesman. Member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, where funeral Mass was held Tuesday, March 5.
