RICHLAND TOWNSHIP — WISNIEWSKI – Eva L., 66, Richland Township, died April 22, 2013, at Memorial Medical Center. Born Oct. 24, 1946, in Pittsburgh, daughter of the late Milo and Josephine (Salada) Macesich. Survived by husband, Charles Wisniewski, whom she married June 24, 1973; son, Adam Wisniewski, Richland Township; daughter, Linda Nester, Charlotte, N.C.; granddaughter, Kacie; and brother, Milo Macesich, and wife, Linda, and their son, Michael, Pittsburgh. Member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. She graduated from Slippery Rock University and received her master’s degree at the University of Pittsburgh. She was an advocate to help women with breast cancer and also with the Disabled American Veterans. She worked as a teacher in East Pittsburgh. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Henderson Funeral Home, East Hills, 2503 Bedford St., where vigil for the deceased will be held. Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, the Rev. Rod Soha, TOR, celebrant. Entombment, All Saints Catholic Cemetery, Braddock. Eva’s request was that there be no flowers, instead, memorial contributions be made to St. Anthony of Padua Relief Fund or to American Cancer Society.
