MEYERSDALE — KIMMEL – Mabel Irene, 99, Meyersdale, died Jan. 21, 2013, at Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown. Born Jan. 20, 1914, in New Paris, Pa., daughter of the late Leroy D. and Alberta (Hartze) Yutzey. Preceded in death by husband, Ray D. Kimmel; sister, Florence Myers; and nephew, Roger A. Yutzey. Survived by daughter, Cynthia L., Somerset; brother, Walter Leroy Yutzey, and wife, Shirley; and sister, Carole, wife of Floyd Klink, both of Meyersdale; nephews, Fred Yutzey, and wife, Debbie; Ronald Myers, and wife, Judy, Meyersdale; Wayne Myers, and wife, Judith, Bryantown, Md.; Brian Klink, and wife, Jeanne, Meyersdale; and Gregory Yutzey, and wife, Kathy, DuBois; and nieces, Nancy Yutzey, Fort Ashby, W.Va.; and Nancy, wife of Don Carey, Meyersdale. Member of Meyersdale Church of the Brethren and Women’s Fellowship. Retired member of Greasey Spoons Plus Two. She enjoyed playing the organ and planting flowers. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 23, at M. Ray Leckemby Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 24, Pastor Pete Kaltenbaugh, officiating. Interment, Berlin IOOF Cemetery.
