JOHNSTOWN — HENNING – Eleanor E., 82, Johnstown, passed away May 19, 2013, at Memorial Medical Center. Born Nov. 1, 1930, in Johnstown, daughter of Michael and Cecilia (Kalcher) Shramka. Preceded in death by parents; first husband, Donald H. Seitz; sisters, Margaret Balog and Mary Emeigh; brother, John; and infant brother, Joseph. Survived by loving husband of 30 years, John S. “Jack” Henning; loving children, Richard Seitz, married to Susan (Lenzi), Mechanicsburg; Ann, married to Patrick Irwin, North Carolina; Gary Henning, Harrisburg; Keith Henning, married to Patricia, Eighty Four, Pa.; and Marilyn, married to Shabbir Lakdawala, Presto, Pa.; loving grandchildren, Emily, married to Michael; Lauren; Aimee; Monica; Courtney; Amanda, married to Conrad; Scott; Marcy, married to Dane; John, married to Rebecca; and Jacquelyn; loving great-grandchildren, Reagan Elizabeth, Eleanor, Owen, Jude and Ashlin; loving nieces and nephews; and numerous special friends. Former member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She loved spending time with her family and friends. She was formerly employed by Mercy Hospital. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at John Henderson Co. Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave. Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. John Gualbert Cathedral, the Very Rev. James F. Crookston and concelebrant Father Angelo Patti. Interment, St. Joseph Cemetery.
