JOHNSTOWN — LEWIS – Derick “Luke,” 52, Johnstown, passed away Oct. 28, 2012. Born Sept. 7, 1960, son of Joe and the late Dorothy “Dycie” (Banner) Lewis. Survived by his father; fiancee, Deanna Mae Brandon; daughters, Cynthia and Deranna Brandon; and son, Derick “Nuke” Stephens, all of Johnstown; brothers and sisters, Sheila  Andrews (Earl), Florida; Joe Allen Lewis, and wife, Vanessa, Cleveland; Daryl Lewis (April), Johnstown; and Dorothea Lewis (Jason), Maryland; devoted aunt and uncle, Earl and Pam Nash; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, family and friends. “Luke” was a 1978 graduate of Johnstown High School, and served with the U.S. Marine Corps. Also a former employee of Bethlehem Steel Corp. and Conemaugh hospital. Family and friends will be received from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at Moskal Funeral Home, West End, where homegoing service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, the Rev. Julius Porcher, officiating. Committal, Headricks Union Cemetery.
