SUMMERHILL — PCOLA – Michael Joseph, 37, Summerhill, died Nov. 7, 2012, at Conemaugh Valley Memorial Medical Center.  Born May 5, 1975, in Johnstown, son of Joseph C. Jr. and Lois J. (Oswalt) Pcola.  Preceded in death by father; maternal grandparents, Bill and Mary Oswalt; and paternal grandparents, Joseph Sr. and Margaret Pcola.  Survived by mother, Lois J. (Oswalt) Pcola, Summerhill; sisters, Trisha, wife of Adam Cann, Flinton; Krista Pcola, Richland; Marisa, wife of Dan Palko, Summerhill; and Maria Conzo, Summerhill; nieces and nephews, Anthony, Ashley, Alisha, Adam, Addison, Aiden, Jay, Mackenzee and Kaden; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.  Graduate of Forest Hills High School, Class of 1994.  Mike was a member of the U.S. Marine Corps, having served from 1998 to 2002, during which time he  was awarded the Good Conduct Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal, Joint Meritorious Unit Award and the Rifle Sharpshooter Badge.  He was pursuing a degree in criminal justice at Pennsylvania Highlands Community College.  An avid Steelers fan, he also enjoyed movies, music and spending time with his family.  He had a loving, caring spirit and will be greatly missed by those who loved him.  Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home Inc, South Fork, where funeral service will be held at 8 p.m., Deacon Richard Golden.  Prayer service by Conemaugh Valley Detachment 287 Marine Corps League at 7 p.m. Sunday.
