NORTHERN CAMBRIA — ZEMROSE – Phyllis A., 77, Northern Cambria, passed away May 13, 2014, at St. Andrew’s Village. Born Sept. 4, 1936, in Clearfield, daughter of Harold and Elizabeth (Baker) Crook. Preceded in death by parents; loving husband, John M. Zemrose Sr., who died March 7, 2009; and brother, Randall Crook. Survived by children, Sandra, wife of Scott Martini, Brighton, Mich.; Gary Woods and Becky DeLuna, Arlington, Texas; and John M. Zemrose Jr., married to the former Pam Sherry, Northern Cambria; grandchildren, Sean Bailey, David Lindsay, Angela Globon, Dale Bouch, Megan Martini and John Zemrose; and two great-grandchildren. Sister of Robert (Carolyn) Crook, Carrolltown; and Virginia (Harold) Lockard, Gipsy. Phyllis worked many years as owner and operator of Barnesboro Beer Distributor. Member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church. Friends will be received from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Moriconi Funeral Home Inc., Northern Cambria. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at Prince of Peace Church, Father Larry Lacovic, officiating. Committal, Holy Cross Cemetery.
