Edward William Hintosh

JOHNSTOWN — HINTOSH – Edward William, 64, Johnstown, formerly of Central City, went to be with the Lord Sept. 8, 2013. Born Nov. 12, 1948, in Pittsburgh, son of John W. and Catherine M. “Kay” (Kusevich) Hintosh. Preceded in death by father. Survived by mother, Central City; wife, Pat; sons, John F., and wife, Shannon; and Jason P., all of Windber; and four grandchildren; also stepdaughter, Roxanna Parker. Brother of Carl, State College; Leo, Central City; and Jimmy, Virginia. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Ed was an Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War, having served with the Air Force Police at Cam Ranh Air Base. He was honorably discharged in 1970. At Ed’s request, visitation, service and committal will be a private. Graveside military rites by Central City American Legion and VFW posts. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wounded Warrior project in his memory. Arrangements by Mulcahy Funeral Home, Central City.
