HOMER CITY — LONG – Nancy Virginia, 71, Homer City, died Friday, Nov. 29, 2013, at her late residence. Born July 23, 1942, in Indiana, Pa., daughter of the David and Dorothy (Croyle) Hollenbaugh. Member of Berkley Methodist Church in Brush Valley and Homer City American Legion Post 493 ladies auxiliary. Survived by daughter, Dawn Marie Jarvie, and husband, Ike, Clymer; grandsons, Josh and Jake Jarvie; and father, David Hollenbaugh, Brush Valley. Also survived by brother, Ralph Hollenbaugh, and wife, Dorothy, Indiana; and Shirley Jones, South Fork. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Long, in 2005; and daughter, Cheryl Ann Cassatt, in 2006. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at C. Frederick Bowser Funeral Home, Homer City, where service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, the Rev. Rick Markle, officiating. Interment to follow at Brush Valley Cemetery.
