JOHNSTOWN — STOFKO – Margaret M., 90, Lower Yoder, died Dec. 26, 2012, at Memorial Medical Center. Born Oct. 9, 1922, in Johnstown, daughter of George Hrbal and Anna (Homola) Hrbal-Kubej. Preceded in death by parents; husband, John F. “Jake” Stofko, who died Oct. 29, 1986; sisters; Sister M. Petronette, OSF; Anna “Honey” and Sue Hrbal; and Julia Balicki; brothers, Andrew and George Hrbal; stepbrothers, Joseph and Paul Kubej; and son-in-law, Dennis D. Barrett. Survived by daughters, Janet (Francis) Yuras and Patricia Barrett, both of Johnstown; granddaughter, Michelle Adams (Michael) Lis, Gainesville Va.; grandson, David C Barrett, Norwich, Conn.; great-granddaughter, Madelyn L. Lis; great-grandson, Andru D. Barrett; sister-in-law, Mary Stofko; and several nieces and nephews. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She was a seamstress for Kay Artley Inc. until their closure. Member of ILGVYU and was a lifelong member of St. Stephen Roman Catholic Church. Also a member of Resurrection Roman Catholic Church, where funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 29, Father Alan Thomas, officiating. Committal, Grandview Cemetery. At the request of Margaret, there will be no public viewing, however family and friends are invited to meet at the church to attend the funeral Mass. In lieu of flowers, the family requests  donations be made to Resurrection Roman Catholic Church and sent to 408 Eighth Ave., Johnstown, Pa. 15906, in memory of Margaret. Arrangements by Francis G.
