Habitat project set for Feb. 9

JOHNSTOWN — Jerome Sportsmen’s Association, in conjunction with the Pennsylvania Game Commission and Cambria Somerset Authority, will be working on wildlife habitat improvement Feb. 9 at the Quemahoning Reservoir, near Hollsopple.

Conservation groups, sportsmen’s clubs or individuals interested in helping restore a food plot should meet at the former Hillside Inn area, between Slagle Hill Road and the Green Bridge, by 8:30 a.m.

Work is scheduled from 9 to noon.
