Elizabeth Neeland, David Fetzer
Elizabeth Crawford Neeland and David James Fetzer were united in marriage on Feb. 21, 2009, at First United Methodist Church in Winder, Ga.
The Rev. Jonathan Barlow performed the candlelight ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. David Blair Neeland of Montgomery, Ala.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest D. Fetzer of Johnstown.
Presented in marriage by her father, the bride was attended by Leslie Neeland Harvey of San Francisco, Calif., as matron of honor.
Bridesmaids were Stephanie Bergh of Atlanta, Ga.; Stephanie Carroll of Mobile, Ala.; and Lauren Moynihan of Birmingham, Ala.
Honorary bridesmaids were Elizabeth Barnes of Elm City, N.C.; Catherine Herndon and Laura Roberson, both of Dallas, Texas; Suzanne Lair of San Diego, Calif.; Jill Fetzer of Johnstown; Rachel Adamson of Greenville, S.C.; Beverly Cook of Macon, Ga.; and Laura Mock of Waycross, Ga.
Todd Fetzer of Fayetteville, N.C., was his brother’s best man.
Groomsmen were Bryan Fetzer of Starkville, Miss.; Patrick Barron and Scott Goss, both of Johnstown; and Andrew Salapka of Marietta, Ga.
Ushers were Joshua Brant of Johnstown; Christopher Farris of Scranton, Pa.; Thomas Harvey of San Francisco; Christopher Hope of Atlanta; Ryan McClellan of Bellwood; and John Vestal of Albany, N.Y.
Kate and Sandra O’Sullivan of Pasadena, Md., cousins of the groom, were the flower girls.
Amy Newsom of Millbrook, Ala., read the Scripture.
Stephen Mohr of Atlanta, Ga., sung the Lord’s Prayer.
A reception was held in the Debussy Ballroom of Chateau Elan Resort, north of Atlanta.
The bride and groom honeymooned in Nassau.
The bride is a graduate of Mercer College, where she received a bachelor’s degree in communications, and a graduate of Grady School of Journalism at the University of Georgia, where she earned a master’s degree in journalism.
She is employed by Moore and VanAllen, a law firm in Charlotte, N.C., as a practice development specialist.
The groom is a graduate of Westmont Hilltop High School and Mansfield University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in mass communications.
He is employed by Black & Decker Inc. in Charlotte as a field marketing coordinator.
The newlyweds reside in Huntersville, N.C.
