Rebekah Long, John Zawalish

Rebekah Long and John R. Zawalish were married Sept. 3, 2008, at Virginia Beach, Va.

Frankee Love performed the double-ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Roy and Ada Long of Breezewood.

The groom is the son of John Zawalish and Vicki Zawalish, both of Johnstown.

A wedding celebration will be held at a later date.

The bride attended Allegheny College of Maryland.

She is employed by Windber Medical Center.

The groom served in the Army National Guard for eight years.

He is a state corrections officer.

The newlyweds reside in Johnstown.
