The a cappella quintet Rockapella will present “Motown & More” at Winter Jazz 2013 at 7:30 tonight at Pasquerilla Performing Arts Center, Richland Township.
Proceeds will benefit the Blackington Endowment, which provides funding that enables the arts center to present artists throughout the season.
Tickets are $39 for adults and $10 for students.
“The Living Last Supper” will be presented by Oakland United Methodist Church choir and drama team at 7 p.m. Thursday and March 29 at the church, 1504 Bedford St., Johnstown.
The cast will feature Dave Long as Simon Peter; Steve Parker as Andrew; Bob Shostek as James the Lesser; Brian Platt as James the Greater; Dallen Selders as Matthew; Bill Kishlock as Simon the Zealot; Bill Patrick as Bartholomew; Tom Young as Phillip; Lynn Bray as Thaddaeus; Mike D’Angelo as John; Brian Hayes as Thomas; Bruce Griffith as Judas; and Dave Webb as Jesus.
Megan Shostek and Gabby Fiffick will portray women servants, and Jim Fiffick will portray the housemaster.
Communion will be served at the Thursday service, and prayer and anointing will be offered March 29.
The passion play “His Name Is Jesus, Lamb of God” will be presented at 7 p.m. Thursday through March 30 at Greater Johnstown Christian Fellowship, 3429 Elton Road, Richland Township.
“Easter Journey,” a dramatic program told in storyteller fashion, will be presented from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Somerset Church of the Brethren, 606 Berlin Plank Road, Berlin.
“Third Day: The Miracle Tour” will bring contemporary Christian band Third Day to Johnstown at 7 p.m. Saturday at Cambria County War Memorial Arena, 326 Napoleon St., downtown Johnstown.
American Idol finalist Colton Dixon and Christian pop singer Josh Wilson will be special guests.

The eighth annual Buffetman Beach Party, sponsored by Alternative Community Resource Program, will be held at 6 p.m. Saturday at Ace’s, 316 Chestnut St. in the Cambria City section of Johnstown.
Happy hour will be held from 7 to 8, and Jimmy Buffett impersonator Tom Watt will perform at 8.
Tickets, which are $20, will be available at the door.
University of Pittsburgh Men’s Glee Club will perform as part of the Chamber Music Series of Greater Johnstown at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at First Presbyterian Church, 309 Lincoln St., downtown Johnstown.

The annual Community Easter Egg Hunt, sponsored by East Hills Kiwanis Club, will be held at 5 p.m. today at Kiwanis Memorial Park to Veterans along Theater Drive in Richland Township.
The hunt is open to children ages 10 and younger, and the area surrounding Kiwanis Pavilion will be divided into two age categories – ages 5 and older and ages 4 and younger.
There will be a special egg in each section for the grand prize.
