Rules for win a new car contest

  1. Eligibility: Win This Car Event from The Tribune-Democrat and the Laurel Auto Group Sweepstake is open only to legal residents living within the home delivery boundaries of The Tribune-Democrat who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of The Tribune-Democrat and their parent company of CNHI and Laurel Auto Group as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members, contracters of the Tribune-Democrat are not eligible. The Sweepstake is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstake. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
    1. A limit of one entry per non-subscriber household is allowed during the duration of the Sweepstake. Subsequent entries determined to be submitted from the same household or from the same individual using multiple addresses in violation of this rule will be declared ineligible. Official entry forms for non-subscribers are available at The Tribune-Democrat located at 425 Locust Street, Johnstown, PA 15901. Official forms will not be mailed out.
  2. Timing: Win This Car Event Sweepstake will run from July 1, 2012 to 5pm on December 14, 2012.
  3. How to Enter: All current 7 day subscribers that have been customers for no less than 3 months and that are still current on the day of “Start your Engine” December 20, 2012; automatically have a chance in the weekly drawings. Subscribing and paying for The Tribune-Democrat for 6 months or more earns you a chance in the weekly drawings. Non-subscriber entry forms will be provided, as listed in paragraph 1a. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified.
  4. Drawings: The Tribune-Democrat will make the decisions as to the administration and operation of the “Win This Car Event” Sweepstake and the selections of the potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstake. The Tribune-Democrat will randomly select the 200 “Golden Ticket” winners according to the timetable listed below. All “Golden Ticket” winners will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability and Publicity Release which must be received by The Tribune-Democrat within 7 days of the 1st date their name published in The Tribune-Democrat’s “Win This Car Event” sponsor page. All winners of a “Golden Ticket” will be listed in the “Win This Car Event” sponsor ad within the ad. To claim your “Golden Ticket” you must come to The Tribune-Democrat and show a valid PA driver’s license with your current address listed that must match the address that you used to enter the Sweepstakes. If a potential winner of a “Golden Ticket” does not contact The Tribune-Democrat, fails to have proper identification, fails to sign and return the Declaration of Compliance, Liability and Publicity Release within the required time period, the potential winner of a “Golden Ticket” forfeits his/her prize. Receiving a “Golden Ticket” is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. The Tribune-Democrat or Laurel Auto Group is not responsible for lost or stolen “Golden Tickets”. If your “Golden Ticket is lost or stolen prior to the December 20, 2012 event you forfeit your chance to participate and win. Monthly non-winning entries from each month will be rolled into the “Second Chance Drawing”.
