Johnstown man pleads guilty to involuntary manslaughter

EBENSBURG — A Johnstown man pleaded guilty this morning to a charge of involuntary manslaughter and related counts in the 2011 death of another city man.

Keenan Alan Snyder, 20, who court records show as homeless, had his bail revoked by Judge Linda Fleming and was immediately taken to the Cambria County Prison.

He will be sentenced Nov. 5 in the death of Robert Kuharcik, 64, of McMillen Street, Johnstown.

City police said Snyder was in the process of robbing Kuharcik when the victim had a heart attack and died.
