About 150 locked-out Penelec workers and family members spent more than an hour today demonstrating along busy West Plank Road near the company’s Altoona headquarters.

The group waved signs and cheered to acknowledge drivers passing who honked horns in support of the members of Utility Workers Union of America Branch 180.
