The co-owner of the former City View Bar and Grill charged with drunken driving Friday evening when she was stopped off of Menoher by West Hills Police.
Officers were responding to a complaint that Kathleen A. Lasky of the 1000 block of Woodcrest Drive in Westmont was causing trouble at the former City View, soon to reopen as Asiago’s Tuscan Italian.
The report indicated Lasky was “harassing/threatening” people at the restaurant property at 7:45 p.m. Friday.
She drove away from the Edgehill Drive location, but was identified by police driving along Menoher Boulevard near Luzerne Street, according to the criminal complaint filed at District Judge John Barron’s office.
The car was being operated erratically, crossing the center line and almost hitting the curb, police said.
Lasky was pulled over along Christopher Street and cited for driving under the influence, and driving without valid registration or insurance. A blood test showed her blood alcohol content was .162 percent, or about twice the legal limit.
